Emergency Response Program
Hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, floods, and other disasters are happening more frequently in the United States. UMR is responding to the call to help underserved communities after disasters with the UMR Emergency Response Program. Having served in Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Maria, Hurricane Michael and Florence, and the Wildfires in California, UMR’s core mission to help communities in times of disaster is solidified in these efforts.
The UMR U.S. Emergency Response Program is expanding to have initiatives focused on:
- Housing Assistance
- Debris Removal/Clean up
- Pets in Disasters
- Emergency Preparedness Training for Youth
