UMR President Dr. Abed Ayoub Joins Webinar on Engaging with the United Nations System (ECOSOC)

On July 12, 2025, UMR President Dr. Abed Ayoub participated in a virtual workshop titled "Engaging with the United Nations System (ECOSOC)," organized by the International Forum for Development Organizations in partnership with the United Mission for Relief and Development (UMR), Sherian Alkhair Society – Jordan, and George Mason University.

The two-hour session, held via Zoom, brought together leaders from humanitarian and development sectors, civil society, and nonprofit organizations. The workshop offered a practical and in-depth exploration of how NGOs can effectively engage with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
