United Mission for Relief and Development (UMR) has announced an exciting new partnership with Islamic Games, the largest Muslim sports event in North America. Now in its 35th year, Islamic Games is dedicated to promoting athletics within Muslim communities, fostering youth development, and strengthening communal bonds.

A Celebration of Athleticism and Community
The Islamic Games will feature a diverse range of sports, including basketball, soccer, volleyball, cricket, softball, flag football, track & field, swimming, tennis, pickleball, cycling, 5K races, archery, martial arts, and more. Competitions will be held across all age groups, with separate male and female divisions.

The 2025 Islamic Games are expected to welcome over 10,000 athletes from 800+ teams, with a projected attendance of more than 50,000 spectators. This milestone event will unite a diverse network of Islamic schools, sports leagues, sports orgaizations, academies, youth organizations, and national organiozation.
