Share your gift
Once you complete your donation, a copy of your gift receipt will be sent to your email. Please be sure to keep your receipt on file, because many corporate matching gift programs will allow you to request a match up to one year post donation date.
Request your matching gift
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and provide financial matches to any charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, and access the forms, guidelines, and instructions please enter your employer’s name below.
Double your impact!
Now that you have submitted your matching gift request, your employer will review the forms and follow up with UMR to confirm the donation made. Once all forms and information are reviewed and confirmed, the financial match by your employer will be facilitated and accepted by UMR.
